At Vancouver Coastal Health your health and safety is our top priority. This video will show you what to expect when visiting our hospitals and undergoing surgery in the time of COVID-19. We are taking all of the necessary precautions to provide the best possible care in a safe environment for our patients, residents, visitors and staff. At this time, we are able to begin seeing more patients in hospital, although things may look a little different when you arrive. It’s ok to feel anxious, especially as we adjust to a new normal, but we hope this video will answer any questions you may have. We’ll show you what to expect before your surgery and upon your arrival, in order to guide you during your visit with us.
