Hey there, everyone! If you play Cities: Skylines, you may have considered building train lines in your city. I’m here to tell you why that’s probably a bad idea, and to propose a solution: long-distance metros. Now, here me out here. Metros seem like they should only be used for mid-distance routes with lots of stops. However, now that they can be used above ground, they can have the same visual effect as trains. But here’s the important part: trains are exceedingly expensive, far more so than metros.
