In statements reported by Russian media, the Russian president has said Moscow is ready to get back to the negotiations on Ukraine. He added that the US delegation meeting with its Russian counterparts yesterday in Saudi Arabia acted “without bias or judgement” and that the talks were meant to build trust. “Yes, I have been informed. I rate them highly, there are results,” he said, as reported by the Interfax news agency. Putin also said the US and Russia do not need mediators in the talks while adding that Trump told him Ukraine would be part of any negotiations.
