Another Christmas recipe for you to try at home! This week, we bring you not one, but two of @KerryWhelpdale's favourite family Christmas dishes!! A coke soaked gammon, followed by cauliflower cheese, all made in the Instant Pot Duo Crisp with Ultimate Lid. Get the recipes below: Coke soaked Gammon: 1.5kg unsmoked boneless gammon joint 2-3L Full fat coke Equal parts Maple syrup and Wholegrain mustard 2 x white Onion, chopped 2 x Celery sticks, chopped 4-5 x Carrots, chopped. 1. Place half of the chopped onion, celery and carrots into the cooking basket and add the gammon joint on top. 2. Put the remaining diced veg into the basket then place into the inner pot. 3. Pour in the full fat coke up until the max fill line, or until the joint is fully submerged (whichever comes first!) 4. With the pressure cooking cover in position, lock the lid and select Pressure cook. Set the time to 40minutes with a quick pressure release. 5. While the gammon cooks, prep your glaze by combining the maple syrup and wholegrain mustard in a small bowl. 6. When the pressure cooking program finished, unlock the lid and drain the liquid. 7. Add the glaze onto the top of the gammon joint then remove the pressure cooking cover and lock the lid again. 8. Select Air Fry and set the time to 200°C and time to 5 minutes. 9. Once the gammon has cooked, leave it to rest. Cauliflower cheese 1 Cauliflower, broken into florets 50g Butter 4tbsp Plain flour 2 tsp Mustard powder 500ml Milk 100g Mature cheddar cheese, grated 1. In a clean inner pot, place the cauliflower florets with 500ml water and lock the lid. 2. Select Pressure Cook and set the time to 1 minutes with a quick pressure release. 3. Once the cauliflower has cooked remove from the inner pot and drain the water. 4. Select Sauté and add the butter and flour to the inner pot and stir to combine. Add the milk a little at a time, continuing to whisk into a smooth sauce. 5. Add the cheese and stir to combine then put the cooked cauliflower florets into the sauce. 6. Remove the pressure cooking cover and lock the lid. 7. Select Grill and set the temperature to 204°C and time to 4min. 8. Once the cauli cheese is grilled and crispy on top, serve and enjoy!
