Learn how the AMS can: Enhance Sustainability: • Adjust system pressure during nonproductive states, reducing air leakage by half without changing machine processes or PLC code. Facilitate Digitalization: • Track pressure decay to create a digital fingerprint of your machinery's leakage rate. • Centralize data collection with ethernet IP, Profinet, EtherCAT, and OPC UA, enabling seamless integration with SCADA and PLC platforms. Enable Condition-Based Maintenance: • Monitor and trend pneumatic system signals to predict and prevent critical faults, reducing unscheduled downtime and optimizing maintenance schedules. The AMS's scalability allows for a 10:1 installation ratio, with remote devices up to 100 meters away, all connected to a central base. This feature simplifies integration and enhances operational efficiency.
