The B1385S jaw crusher is compact, track mounted and can be utilised in various applications such as recycling building materials and hard rock. With the addition of the single-deck screening unit the B1385S can produce a more precise end product by screening off and recirculating oversize material. Increasing the flexibility, a simple coupling and uncoupling of the screen unit at the impact crusher by means of a hydraulic cylinder is possible without the use of external hoisting apparatus and can be done in under 10 minutes. The return conveyor for oversize granules can be pivoted hydraulically through 180° on a stable turntable, thus providing a maximum discharge height of four metres for tipping. The B 1385 S is easy to transport and quickly operative with the track laying gear enabling rapid on site positioning. With remote operation of the feeder channel installed this jaw crusher can be operated by just one man.
