Photographing a landscape is not about capturing everything in front of you — it’s about deciding what actually matters. In this POV landscape photography video, I’m photographing a sunset at the beach in St. Peter-Ording at the North Sea. I walk you through my thought process on location: how I read the light, simplify a chaotic scene, and make conscious decisions about composition, timing, and exposure.
