If you're cold, get warm, if you're stiff, stretch Put some music on Write down your workload and things that need doing in order to prioritise and get a wider perspective Remember your goals and objectives in your job, for example to provide money for those who need looking after and to be good help those who need your services Take annual leave if you need it. Even one day off on a Friday for a long weekend can help reset Have things to look forward to, short term and long term check points, like lunchtime at work or a film you will watch after work for example
