Put all the ingredients into a mixer grinder. 2. Add some water and grind it to a fine paste. Ingredients for Sweet chutney – Tamarind – medium lemon sized tamarind ball Jaggery – ¼ cup Chilli powder – ½ tsp Garam masala powder – ½ tsp Salt Method for sweet chutney – 1. Take tamarind pulp, add jaggery and boil for 2 minutes. 2. Add chilli powder, garam masala powder, salt and boil for a minute and keep it aside. Ingredients for Dahi Puri – Green chutney Sweet chutney Dahi – 1 cup Puris Chopped onion – 1 cup Chopped tomatoes – 1/2 cup Chopped coriander leaves Chilli powder – ½ tsp Sev Garam masala powder – ½ tsp Boiled potatoes - 4 Salt Sugar Method for Dahi puri – 1. Peel and mash the potatoes. 2. Add Salt, chilli powder, garam masala powder, 1 tbsp onion, coriander leaves and green chutney. Mix well and keep it aside. 3. Add 1 tbsp of sugar to the Dahi and mix well. Keep it aside. 4. Arrange puris in a plate and make a hole in each one of them. 5. To each of the puris, add potato stuffing, dahi, onions, tomatoes, green chutney, sweet chutney, dahi again, chopped coriander, a pinch of chilli powder, a pinch of salt, sev in the same order. The quantity of each of the above ingredients can be varied according to taste.
