SSF2 MODS: Ruffy/Luffy release (mod)

Finally here is Monkey D. Ruffy as mod for Super Smash Flash 2. (or Luffy if you're a nitpicky person...whatever) He has some very unique features that might not be noticeable during normal play. First off there are 3 versions of him: -The original: This is the original version that I showcased in videos. He has the japanese voice and the german way of writing his name. -The german version: For the people who like the german dub (or even prefer it over the original) like me and want to have some language variety. -The "L" version: Normally I wouldn't have made this version if someone didn't request it. Otherwise the nitpicky people could stop whining, because of the name and use this one. All 3 versions have a version over Goku and one over Yoshi. Movelist: Here are the unique moves that he has: -Forward tilt: If you press and hold the special button Ruffy will perform the Gum Gum Shotgun. -Up tilt, up aerial, forward aerial: All of these moves are chargeable so Ruffy will use Armament haki if fully charged. -Neutral special: If you press the down button at the start you use Elephant Gun instead of Red Hawk. -Down special: If you press yet again the down button you will use a special counter which involves Observation and Conquerors haki. -Side special: This move was originally meant to be chargeable, but due to some coding problems I had to resort using that dear down button again and this move has three phases: -Normal Gatling. -Jet Gatling. -Hawk Gatling. The longer you hold the button the stronger it gets. You need to hold the regular attack to loop the move. -Up special on ground: Press the special button again while spinning to perform Hanabi. -Gear 4th neutral special: This is the Python and Culverin attack. You can move Ruffy's arm to a certain extend. Once more to forward, twice up and down or if you press left or right after the first up/down then you can move it once forward and backward. -Gear 4th down special: This is the King Kong Gun. Since it has a small range compared to other finishers that turn you back to base, I made it so that you can control Ruffy slightly to hit your target, but even if you don't hit them the attack has a ground hit effect which has a long radius and deals damage to the opponents who are standing on the ground. The sprites that I did will be uploaded on my DeviantArt, although I'm not sure if I put watermark on them or not as if right now. Also I said that I might do nerfed version of him, but I scrapped the idea alongside the Elephant Gatling alternate Final Smash, because it couldn't be implemented if I want to keep Gear 4th, but if you want to have a separate version where his only Final Smash is that then just let me now.
