This is volume four of our Louisville archive live music video series. The series focuses on preserving video/audio of various bands and musicians performing live in Louisville, Kentucky. This volume features Isolation Tank Ensemble, a cinematic, instrumental, progressive group hailing from Louisville, Kentucky. Their full-bodied, dynamic sound, overlapping polyrhythms, and interweaving melodies will satisfy an adventurous ear. They have released music independently and toured the country in the summer of 2025. This is a video of a very early show of theirs (with a slightly different lineup) that took place at Dreamland on July 30th, 2016 and included support from poets Rheonna Thornton, B Shatter, Lance Newman and musician Rachel Short (Rye Six) (not shown).
