Hi in this video i´m sharing what a Screen Free Jar is that i came up with and have been using for years and 15 creative ideas you can challenge your kids with during screen free time! Great right! Let your kids decide if the want to do someting on their own or if the want to pick a challenge from the jar., but if the do the challenge is to to what the paper says:-) Here is 15 tips to write down on a peace of paper and put in the screen free jar: Draw Play games with marbels Create a home spa Shoot a movie Go out in nature and find five animals/bugs to take a picture of Play outside Build lego Make your own Play Dough Rollerblades Walk Urax Bake Boardgames Fisk/Fågel/Mittemellan (Hide a thing and let your friend/sibling find it while you give hints if its on fish level/Inbetween/or in bird level:-) Tasting challenge Read a book Have fun:-) Love Krisztina
