Today, we're trying some super herby fresh shrimp and pork spring rolls and one of my favs, hamachi kama, or yellowtail collar, from Wakame Sushi + Asian Bistro in Minneapolis! Hamachi Kama is one of my absolute favorite sushi bar appetizers. The fish is so juicy and sweet, perfectly paired with ponzu, and honestly I don't know why I don't eat spring rolls more often.
