[Timeline] #1 | 00:00 Opening #2 | 01:13 Day 1: Chicken Teriyaki, Namasu Pickles & Dashimaki Tamago #3 | 12:52 Day 2: Simmered Chicken & Radish, Glass Noodle Stir-fry #4 | 21:52 Day 3: Chicken Nanban with Tartar Sauce & Chikuwa Isobe-yaki [Ingredients] Day 1 Chicken Teriyaki: ・Chicken thigh150g, ・Soy sauce 1tbsp, ・Mirin 1tbsp, ・Sake 1tbsp, ・Sugar 2tsp, ・Sansho pepper. Namasu Pickles: ・Radish 200g, ・Carrot 50g, ・Vinegar 150cc ・Water 150cc, ・Sugar 75g, ・Salt 2g, ・chili pepper ・ Kombu. Dashimaki Tamago: ・Eggs 2, ・Water 60cc, ・Mirin 2tsp ・Soy sauce 2tsp, ・Dashi powder 1/2tsp ・Potato starch 1tsp, ・Pea shoots. Day 3 Chicken Nanban: ・Chicken thigh 300g, ・Egg, Flour, ・ Sweet vinegar (Soy sauce 30g Vinegar 30g, Sugar 20g, Ginger). Tartar Sauce: Boiled eggs , Onion , Capers, Mayonnaise, White wine vinegar. Chikuwa: ・Chikuwa (Fish cake) 2piece, ・Soy sauce 2tsp, ・Sake 2tsp ・Garlic, ・Aonori (Seaweed), ・Potato starch.
