I went to the Cosmo Tower observation deck. I go here once a year, but for some reason the weather is bad every year and it was cloudy this time as well. Umeda Sky Building, which I went to before, and Abeno Harukas, which I went to after, were crowded, but this one is always empty, which is nice. This year, Tsutenkaku was lit up again, so I was able to see it from the observation deck. The laser beams at Umeda and Namba were visible when I stopped the video and looked at them, but I couldn't see them at all with the naked eye.
