I genuinely hope anyone and everyone struggling, everyone and anyone who knows someone struggling, or anyone with a genuine desire to be more educated on these topics and appreciate different perspectives, like I do. Btw, if I chuckle after saying something not funny, it’s just a nervous tick/way of coping with it, I, by no means, actually think the subject matter is humorous (playing with my hair is another fidgety thing I do when I’m anxious). My whole life, I’ve struggled with my mental health, in forms of (included, but not limited to) anxiety, depression, self-harm, social anxiety...and eating disorders. Please seek treatment if you or a loved one is in need of it. Eating disorders are the deadliest mental illnesses. They can cause serious problems in regards to current and future times, and can lead to death, if left untreated. Please remember that I love you and you are all beautiful. As hard as it may seem/be now, try to look at things optimistically! Remember, never keep intense, concerning feelings bottled in, please talk to someone you trust about how you’re feeling. Mental illness are just as debilitating and serious as physical illnesses, don’t let anyone tell you otherwise (in terms of minimizing mental illnesses).
