Sander visited the Show of Shows in Louisville, Kentucky, late January 2026. Despite heavy snowfall and a different date than usual, the world’s biggest militaria show once again proved to be a huge success. After many days on the show floor and countless hours of searching, Sander managed to uncover some truly remarkable pieces. Highlights include an extraordinary Dachau hoard find, brought home by an American soldier and consisting of original SS insignia. An exceptional historical grouping. The video features an impressive selection of helmets, including stunning SS helmets, Fallschirmjäger paratrooper helmets, rare Luftschutz helmets, an SA Gladiator helmet, a German Sanitäter (medic) helmet, an SS wedding miniature helmet, and a beautiful Kriegsmarine M42 helmet with a perfect decal and many more! Even a Quist M42 helmet! In addition to helmets, there are outstanding insignia on display, such as a rare Flemish SS division 'Langemarck' sleeve shield, numerous medals, several interesting uniforms and jackets, and of course original German flags — classic bring-back souvenirs taken home by American soldiers at the end of the war.
