Prep Time: 15 min | Cook Time: 45–50 min | Serves: 4–6 Ingredients: -4 medium potatoes -700g pork fillet -200g semi-hard or white cheese -200g cottage cheese -500ml cooking cream -Salt & black pepper, to taste -A drizzle of oil -Grated cheese for topping Equipment: Large pot, sharp knife, baking dish or Tefal grill with bake function Instructions: -Prep Potatoes: Peel, chop, and boil until tender. Drain and set aside. -Cook Pork: Cut into bite-sized pieces, season, and bake at 200°C / 390°F for 20 min (oven) or 15 min (Tefal grill) until lightly browned. -Combine: Add potatoes, crumbled cheese, cottage cheese, and cooking cream. Mix gently and season. -Bake: Sprinkle grated cheese if desired. Bake 25–30 min (oven) or 20–25 min (Tefal grill) until golden and set. Serve: Let rest 5–10 min before serving.
