রাজধানীর বাড্ডা এলাকায় একটি বাসার নিচতলায় অবস্থিত কারখানা থেকে এক নারী ও এক পুরুষের অর্ধগ*লিত ম*রদেহ উদ্ধার করেছে পুলিশ। রোববার (২ নভেম্বর) বিকেলে বাড্ডার পূর্বাঞ্চল ৩ নম্বর রোডের ২ নম্বর গলির একটি বাসা থেকে মরদেহ দুটি উদ্ধার করা হয়।নিহতরা হলেন—সাইফুল ও শাকিলা। দুজনেই একই ভবনে অবস্থিত ইবনে কাসীর ক্যাডেট মাদরাসার কর্মচারী ছিলেন। জানা গেছে, সাইফুল মাদরাসার ক্রয়-বিক্রয় বিভাগে কর্মরত ছিলেন এবং শাকিলা পরিচ্ছন্নতা কর্মী হিসেবে দায়িত্ব পালন করতেন।মাদরাসা কর্তৃপক্ষ ও স্থানীয়দের বরাতে জানা যায়, বেশ কয়েকদিন ধরে নিখোঁজ ছিলেন সাইফুল ও শাকিলা। প্রথমদিকে বিষয়টি তেমন গুরুত্ব না পেলেও, শনিবার সন্ধ্যার পর থেকে বাসার নিচতলা থেকে দুর্গন্ধ ছড়িয়ে পড়লে স্থানীয়দের সন্দেহ হয়। পরে তারা বিষয়টি পুলিশকে জানায়। খবর পেয়ে বাড্ডা থানা পুলিশ ঘটনাস্থলে গিয়ে বন্ধ কারখানার দরজা ভেঙে ভিতরে প্রবেশ করে এবং সেখানে অর্ধগলিত অবস্থায় দুটি মরদেহ উদ্ধার করে। -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Police have recovered the half-melted bodies of a woman and a man from a factory located on the ground floor of a house in the capital's Badda area. The two bodies were recovered from a house on Lane No. 2 of Road No. 3 in Purbanchal, Badda on Sunday (November 2) afternoon. The deceased were identified as Saiful and Shakila. Both were employees of Ibne Kasir Cadet Madrasa located in the same building. It is learnt that Saiful was working in the purchase and sales department of the madrasa and Shakila was working as a cleaner. According to the madrasa authorities and locals, Saiful and Shakila had been missing for several days. Although the matter was not given much importance initially, the locals became suspicious when a foul smell emanated from the ground floor of the house since Saturday evening. They later informed the police. On receiving the information, the Badda police station went to the spot, broke the door of the closed factory and entered inside and recovered two half-melted bodies there.
