অমর একুশে গ্রন্থমেলা ২০২৩-এ প্রকাশ পেয়েছে সময়ের অন্যতম গায়ক ও কবি প্রবর রিপনের নতুন গল্পের বই ‘রক্তহ্রদ’। বইমেলায় উপকথা প্রকাশনের স্টলের সামনে গিয়ে দেখা যায় ঢাকার বিভিন্ন প্রান্ত থেকে আসা ভক্ত-সমর্থকদের উপচে পড়া ভিড়। বই কেনার পর কেউ গান গাইছেন, কেউ তুলছেন লেখকের সঙ্গে সেলফি। প্রকাশক তানভীর হাসান জানিয়েছেন, বইটি প্রকাশের প্রথম দিনেই বিক্রি হয়ে গেছে প্রায় সব কটি কপি। ২০০৭ সালে ‘নৈঃশব্দের মৃত্যু’ নামে প্রথম কবিতার বই প্রকাশিত হয় প্রবর রিপনের। এরপর ২০১১ সালে দ্বিতীয় কবিতার বই ‘আমার নাম অসুখ’। ২০১৪ সালে কাব্যনাটক ‘লবণখোর’ এবং সর্বশেষ ২০২২ সালে ‘গোধূলী ক্যাবারে’ নামে কবিতার বই প্রকাশিত হয়। লেখালেখির পাশাপাশি বাংলাদেশের নতুন রক ব্যান্ড ‘সোনার বাংলা সার্কাস’-এর ভোকাল, গিটারিস্ট ও লিরিসিস্ট হিসেবে কাজ করছেন প্রবর রিপন। Amar Ekushey Granth Mela 2023 published the new story book 'Raktahrad' by one of the singer and poet of the time Pravar Ripon. In front of the stall of Upaktha Prakashan at the book fair, one can see a large crowd of fans and supporters from different parts of Dhaka. After buying the book, some are singing, some are taking selfies with the author. Publisher Tanveer Hasan said that almost all the copies of the book were sold on the first day of publication. In 2007 Pravar Ripon's first book of poetry was published called 'Naishabder Mrutya'. Then in 2011, the second poetry book 'Amar Naam Asukh'. In 2014, the poetry drama 'Labankhor' and lastly in 2022, the book of poetry named 'Godhuli Cabaret' was published.
