If you know me, you know I can’t resist a classic Canadian treat. I dived into their Nanaimo Bar, and let me tell you—it was elite. It had that perfect creamy middle, a rich chocolate top, and a crust packed with a serious dose of coconut that gave it a satisfying crunch. 🥥🍫 To wash it down, I grabbed their Maple Macchiato. It was the perfect balance of sweet, authentic maple flavor and that signature frothy, smooth, roasty espresso punch. A true Canadian pick-me-up! ☕🍁 ​Next, we caught a second wind and wandered down to the corner of Robson and Bidwell. We stopped by AlHadbah Donair for a savory finale that honestly blew me away. I ordered the Lamb Shawarma Plate, and calling it a "plate" is an understatement—it was a mountain! 🥙 The lamb was incredibly tender and seasoned to perfection. The potatoes were a standout for me; they had that tangy, marinated zing that cuts right through the richness.
