Find the recipes from the video here- all recipes are for one person: Porridge: 1 cup of oats 2 cups of water 1/4 tsp parsley 1/4 tsp sumac 1/4 tsp ground ginger 1/4 tsp turmeric 1/4 tsp Black pepper 1 tsp amla powder 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp ground flaxseeds 1/2 cup defrozen peas 2 cup steamed broccoli blueberries or berries of choice fresh mint leaves 1. Place the oats in a pot or saucepan and add the herbs/spices, flaxseeds and the water 2. Bring to boil and simmer for 5 minutes while stirring that it doesn’t stick to the pot (add more water if needed) 3. Pour the porridge into a bowl and stir in the peas and broccoli 4. Top with blueberries and mint leaves 5. Enjoy! Veggie Stir-Fry with Millet: 1 cup of millet 1 tin chopped tomatoes -1/2 cup of sliced celery 1/2 chopped red bell pepper 1/2 sliced carrot 1/2 cup kale 1/2 red onion 1 garlic glove 2 walnuts 1 tsp coriander 1/2 tsp cumin 1/2 tsp marjoram 1/2 tsp sage 1/2 tsp basil 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms 1/2 cup black beans 1. Cook the millet 2. In the meantime, sautee the bell pepper, carrot, kale, onion and garlic in a pot 3. Add the chopped tomatoes and herbs, spices, mushrooms, black beans, walnuts, apple cider vinegar and stir properly 4. Place the millet and veggie stir-fry in a bowl 5. Enjoy! Sweet Potato with Salad: 1/2 big sweet potato Salad: 1/2 steamed courgette (halved and sliced) 1 package mixed lettuce 10 Brussels sprouts (cooked) 1/2 Cucumber (halved and sliced) 1/2 can of corn Dressing: 2 tbsp dark tahini 1/2 tsp chervil 1/2 tsp marjoram Juice of 1/2 lemon 1 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp paprika 1. Cover a baking tray with parchment paper, place the sweet potato upside down on it and bake it for about 30 minutes in the oven 2. Place all salad ingredients in a bowl 3. Place all dressing ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly; add water if needed 4. Mix the dressing with the salad 5. Place the sweet potato and salad on a plate 6.
