Existing literature from the Tamil siddha tradition: Many siddhas demonstrated the Light Body phenomenum and rose beyond pain, beyond death, beyond suffering. They identified the Light as the source of life. The soul itself is Light and it is in the mid-brain area as vibrations. As soon as the human breath moves into that mid-brain area and merges with that soul or pulsating energy of light, then you achieve Light Body. The Body at that point begins to turn into Light.
