SOUNDBITE (Serbian) Luka Karadzic, brother of Radovan Karadzic ++answering questions on whether Radovan would be extradited on Friday evening++ "Believe me, then in that case anything can be possible. If it's that urgent, then everything is possible. I don't understand this haste. I hope the postal services and the court will act normally. I don't see someone following Mr Vujacic to a post office and then carrying the letter of appeal for an immediate review. I don't see a reason." 5. Cutaway of Luka Karadzic using mobile phone 6. SOUNDBITE (Serbian) Luka Karadzic, brother of Radovan Karadzic "I don't believe it, although anything can happen in today's Serbia, but things shouldn't be done that way and I don't believe that it will happen." 7. Luka Karadzic talking with supporters STORYLINE Radovan Karadzic's brother told reporters on Friday he doubted that the indicted war crimes suspect would be extradited to The Hague later in the evening. But he added: "I don't believe it, although anything can happen in today's Serbia, but things shouldn't be done that way and I don't believe that it will happen." Karadzic's lawyer Sveta Vujacic is expected to mail an appeal five minutes before post offices close at 2000 local time (1800GMT) - a move designed to prolong the extradition period. An appeal has to have been submitted before midnight. But Luka Karadzic admitted when asked about extradition that "everything is possible." "I don't understand this haste," he said. "I hope the postal services and the court will act normally. I don't see someone following Mr Vujacic to a post office and then carrying the letter of appeal for an immediate review. I don't see a reason." Luka Karadzic was meeting with supporters in a Belgrade bookshop. A bronze bust of Radovan Karadzic was placed in the shop's window earlier on Friday. Karadzic, the former wartime Bosnian Serb leader, has until midnight on Friday to lodge a formal appeal against his handover to the UN war crimes court in The Hague, Netherlands.
