Cambridge Military Hospital in Aldershot is a very popular location in the Urban Exploring Community. in 1995, a year before it's closure, one employee recorded a few minutes of his morning, documenting the interior of CMH. Using his footage, I splice video I shot this year retracing his footsteps, comparing how much the interior has changed from being in use to being derelict and redeveloped.
