I purchased this sight unseen. It was a blemish model that made it worth it to me due to the reduced price. The blemish is cosmetic and not readily visible. I am a big Colt 1911 fan, but this one had issues. I feel like they just threw it together to get it out the door and recoup some of their investment. The trigger was horrendous and very had way too much pre travel. It was not adjustable for pre or over travel. I purchased a Wilson ultra light short trigger. I also had to adjust the extractor and sear spring. While I was in it, I polished the disconnector and sear. The slide to frame fit is also very loose, but typical of Colt. I was hoping that CZ would provide more oversight and quality control, however, the gun is very accurate and is now functioning as it should. Despite this, I would not hesitate to buy another Colt.
