In this video I break down the Timelord Burn — a top master duel deck that you can use to climb the ladder in Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel. I’ll show the full yugioh deck profile, key combo deck yugioh lines, matchup tips, and why this might be the master duel best deck in the current master duel meta. Stop them with perfect defense... then melt their life points with relentless burn! Watch me lock the field, lock their plays, and finish with pure Timelord damage — this is Timelord Burn for Master Duel 2025. Timelord Burn is the ultimate “annoy, survive, and burn” plan — stall with impervious Timelord monsters while stacking effect damage and Chain Energy pressure. In this video I show a modern Master Duel 2025 Timelord burn list, a simple starter combo, and one niche trick that wins games you wouldn’t expect. Full decklist + play tips inside. Key cards Time Maiden — If you control no monsters, you can Special Summon this from your hand. Can be treated as 2 tributes for a Timelord; you can Tribute it to add a Timelord with 0 ATK from your Deck to your hand; or banish it from GY to Special Summon a 0-ATK Timelord from Deck, ignoring summoning conditions (restrictions apply). Chain Energy (Continuous Spell) — While face-up, both players must pay 500 LP per card to Normal Summon, Special Summon, Set, or activate cards from their hand. (Doesn’t apply to actions from other locations.) Mahaama the Fairy Dragon — Quick Effect: during your opponent’s turn, when either player takes battle damage, you can Special Summon this from your hand, then choose either gain LP equal to that battle damage or inflict that battle damage to your opponent. Great for turning small battle damage into big burn swings. Easy example combo (starter — keep it simple) Open Time Maiden + a burn enabler (e.g., direct-damage spell/trap or a low ATK attacker). Turn 1: Special Summon Time Maiden (no monsters required). Use Maiden as tribute into a Timelord that cannot be destroyed (stall tool). Resolve a burn trigger (from your other cards / effects) while Chain Energy (or similar) restricts opponent’s plays. Use Mahaama on opponent’s attack step if they try to chip you — convert that battle damage into direct burn back. Repeat Timelord re-shuffles to maintain board presence and keep chipping LP. (This deck is about repeating non-destructive Timelord triggers + LP-cost pressure from Chain Energy.) Unique strategy / niche tech Play Chain Energy + low-cost hand traps and cards that trigger on draws/activations to make every opponent play bleed LP fast. Pair with cards that cause effect damage or permanently punish summons (e.g., cards that inflict on draw/activation) so opponents pay both the 500 LP per hand action and take direct effect damage — compounding burn into lethal ranges.
