Having the paddles and hair triggers, along with being able to customize button mapping on the fly with switchable profiles is amazing. When you get used to the characteristics of the thumbsticks you can still be very competitive. Cons - People shouldn't be having button/stick issues after 7 months of ownership on a $180 controller. When you consider Microsoft only has a 90 day warranty on this premium product, it's as if they know the quality isn't as high as it should have been.
