At the Reptile Park, Elvis the 500kg croc has an urgent dental problem. One tooth is pocking and ripping the bottom part of its jaw, and it's sticking out the flash! Eyewitnesses claim they saw Alfie, an American alligator, swallow a plastic bottle. If he has, the bottle will quickly block his intestine and kill him. There’s only one solution. Alfie needs to be caught, and Dr Chris must put his hand down the alligator’s throat to check for any obstructions. Billy travels to Green Island off the coast of Cairns to assist with a health check of Cassius, the largest captive saltwater crocodile in the world.
