It's possible to freeze and store partially filled bags in RoSS shells. The remaining volume is replaced by additional inlays. Instructions: 1. Remove the overwrap bag and place RoSS® 1008_V2 on the table on a clean surface with care. 2. The red arrow indicates how to place the shell correctly. 3. Remove the upper stainless-steel lid by sliding it to the back end. 4. Remove the upper rod foam and the upper tubing foam. 5. Please remove the transport packaging of the partial fill foam and insert the first red partial fill foam into the rod-section of RoSS®. Mind that one dedicates plastic cover remains on the foam. 6. It is possible to use filled or empty bags. With filled bags check that there is as little air as possible in the bag. 7. Place the partially filled bag in the RoSS® 1008_V2 as shown. Every filling range from 0% to 100% filling volume is possible. 8. Check that there are no wrinkles and kinks. 9. Give attention to place the tubing fitment onto the foam. 10. Make sure that the rod-section of the bag is placed correctly. 11. Place the tubing in the designated area. 12. Place the upper rod foam and the upper tubing foam back in. 13. Then, place the green partial fill foam onto partially filled bag. Note that there is one plastic cover around the foam. 14. By sliding the upper stainless-steel lid, push down the rod foam and tubing foam carefully. Make sure that nothing gets stuck. 15. There are different foam squeezing tools available. 16. Close the RoSS® 1008_V2 smoothly and avoid forceful sliding. 17. Lock the RoSS System for freezing by bending the flaps. Note that there is a closing and opening tool for flaps available. During the freezing the foam will solidify and immobilize the bag assembly at frozen state This leads to reliable robustness.
