Kid influencers are everywhere on social media, but some parents are taking things way too far. From dressing their children in inappropriate outfits to staging content that blurs the line between childhood and exploitation, many of these kids are being used for views, brand deals, and profit. This goes beyond family influencers—at least with family vloggers, the entire family is usually involved and content is made for kids. But with kid influencers, the child is the sole focus, often pushed into an industry they can’t even consent to.
