Make sure Massage1 is plugged in and then press the power button. Then adjust the neck nodes to fit your body type. You can select between three rotation options: tap once for clockwise, tap again for counterclockwise or tap this button for a program which auto reverses directions. Now let’s focus on your back. You can pick a full, upper or lower back massage and choose between rolling or Shiatsu massages. You can adjust the width of the rollers or even just select a specific area to target for your massage. You can even add heat to your massage by pressing here.
