Trust the process trust and believe this pain is bringing you to something and someone better. Trust it. 3. Move your body go on a walk. Run. Workout. Stretch. Just move and feel the endorphins!! 4. Journal write down how you’re feeling, what you’re grateful for. I know it sucks but finding the gratitude will help you change your perspective. 5. Read a book escape for a little 6. Watch a movie watch your favorite show, comfort show, comedy, favorite movie, escape a little 7. Listen to sad music embrace the emotions; be in your own music video 8. CRY!! 9. Dance blast your favorite song and just dance, try not to give damn 10. Go on a walk truly healing, be in nature, observe the world around you 11. Accept SPACE don’t go backwards because you can’t handle the temporary sadness. Accept the present. Sit with it. Be alone. Just don’t go backwards. 12. If it’s meant to be, it will be.. until then, pour into yourself!!!! Do things that make you happy 13. Go for a drive sing your heart out 14. Be with friends who understand what you need 15. Trust the process.. it will get better.. it will feel lighter.. time is healing 16. Pray. Pray. Pray. 17. Be grateful and move on it will take time but it will happen. Find the gratitude.. it is there. 18. Pour into you.. date yourself.. get healthy; mentally, physically, emotionally. Pick up a hobby.. just do you 19. Scream if you need to 20. Feel the feels, they are only temporary. remind yourself that. Give yourself grace. 21. Be grateful for the pain.. even though it sucks, just be grateful for it.
