Take a ride-along in a garage-built GT350 race car. Car is on Pirelli DHF take offs that I had put 16 or so HCs into at this point. This is the 3rd shakedown of the car and this event focused on longer "stints" to make sure the cooling/engine/trans/new exhaust/etc. could handle longer run times (most sessions were 30-45 mins, this one was cut short because of an issue with a black flag earlier in the day and me being late to grid). There were a few times you can see me go long in the brake zones - still working through some teething issues. I'm seeing dynamic brake bias in my telemetry, which is causing the ABS to have to intrude too much to keep from locking tires. That's next on the list to iron out. Major build items include: Custom 580whp crossplane crank-based Voodoo (L&M Engine cams, CP pistons, Callies rods, GT500 crank, electric water pump and daily engineering dry sump HGT Six Speed Sequential Link ECU and AIM PDM/Dash Penske 2 way adjustable coilovers Bosch M5 ABS AP Racing endurance brake kit - front and rear AJ Hartman diffuser Apex wheels Pirelli DHF tires
