Meg Kinnear is the Secretary-General of the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID). On May 30, 2024 she met with the ABA International Law Section's International Arbitration Committee. Committee Co-Chairs Luis Martinez and Bart Wasiak hosted this presentation of Meg Kinnear who discussed among other items: Recent Trends at ICSID; Year One of the ICSID 2022 Rules; and the Code of Conduct for Arbitrators in International Investment Disputes. _______________________________________________________________________ International Arbitration Committee The International Arbitration Committee promotes and improves both the substance and the procedure of international arbitration as a means of resolving cross-border commercial and treaty-related disputes.
