However, feel free to use leftover chicken or store-bought rotisserie chicken. Cut it super thin, and then it’s back to the chopping block! Grab yourself a red onion, some little tomatoes and start chopping! Then, add them to the bowl along with some pecans and blue cheese crumbles. On to the most important part -- the apple chips! Panera used Seneca brand apple chips in their salad and you should too! They're far-and-away the best ones out there. They don't sell them in my area, but I've been able to find them online.
