I've flown on a lot of different planes and filmed a lot of plane tours but this was my first behind-the-scenes look at something. Here's a little tour of the cockpit crew rest area on a China Eastern Airlines 777-300ER. The cockpit crew rest area is located behind and above the cockpit, accessible from the cockpit. There are two enormous, first class-like reclining seats with a range of amenities for relaxing. Then there is also a separate sleeping section with bunks. On a long-haul flight, like their PVG-LAX flights, they normally fly with 4-5 pilots and co-pilots. Two fly the plane while the other 2 or 3 rest in the special crew rest area.
