As part of their “A Head Full Of Dreams” tour, the megaband performed live in Munich, Leipzig, 14.6.2017. It is the seventh studio album by Coldplay. "A Head Full Of Dreams" continues the unique success story of Coldplay. With over 80 million records sold worldwide, Coldplay's is the most successful pop-rock bands of the last decade. Their songs "Yellow", "Viva La Vida", "Fix You" and "a sky full of stars," are great classics of todays popular music. Chris Martin, guitarist Jonny Buckland, bassist Guy Berryman and drummer Will Champion made it with their debut album "Parachutes". Founded in 1996 in London, the quartet won all the major awards in the music industry in the past two decades: seven Grammys, four MTV awards and eight BRIT Awards - to name only a few of a total of 53 international awards. Their sixth album "Ghost Stories", published among others in May 2014 in Germany, became a number 1 hit in 100 countries on the iTunes charts. What a record – despite the fact that many fans found the songs terribly sad and were missing the big stadium anthems. Well, that’s no surprise; Chris Martin processed the separation from his wife Gwyneth Paltrow, with whom he had two children together, in these songs. Of course Coldplay went on tour with these songs: they picked six cities and played small gigs – including the legendary show in E-Werk in Cologne. They also released a live DVD for this tour.
