XUAV Mini Talon - Full Flight #2 after Mods - Absolutely Brilliant !!

Here I am back with my XUAV Mini Talon. This is the 2nd flight after the maiden and it's just getting better. I had made some small mods since the maiden flight, as you can see I have moved the battery inside right up into the nose, still running a 2200mah 4s plus I have made a new camera mount and cleaned up the nose area so it looks much more streamlined. The only other change was I swapped the original 8x6 prop to an 8 x 4.5 prop as I didn't need the speed and the 8x4.5 prop draws much less current allowing longer flights. After making all the mods and re-setting the CG the total flying weight is now 1130gms with the camera fitted, which is still very light for this model. So the CG I am using is still exactly on the servo wire line being 70mm back from the leading edge. This location is perfect for this flying weight and it really will soar in the right conditions. (see next video) This was the first flight after making the mods and I was extremely impressed with everything, flight times, plenty of power, excellent stable handling, it's a real winner !!
