Yesterday’s studio session led to this one-of-a-kind ring, and I couldn’t wait to share it with you. This design features a square painted porcelain bead, wrapped in a herringbone weave using coated rose-gold-colored copper wire. The soft florals of the porcelain contrast beautifully with the geometry of the square bead, while the herringbone weave adds both strength and design flair. I find it fun to explore how traditional wire techniques behave when paired with unexpected shapes, and this ring is a perfect example of experimentation turning into something truly special.
