I recently did a video about the problems I was experiencing with the Dremel Versatip and how I thought I had resolved them. I thought it was a peice that keeps coming loose and I had to keep screwing back in! However it appears a poorly designed part in this other great tool is to blame. This is essentially a throw away item and it only lasts a matter of months with normal use. Dremel must be aware of these issues with the mesh / gauze however there are no replacement parts and thier support doesn't interested one little bit.
