Restoration - Very rusty Tonka Pick Up looks new again !! It was time for a restoration project again. This time it's an old rusty Tonka truck from 1975s. At an auction on Ebay I could buy the old rusty Tonka Pick Up for € 10. The first thing I did was to disassemble the Tonka truck. Then the rusted parts were processed with the sandblaster. Dents were dented with a hammer. The powder process was used for good adhesion. First I used a powder foundation. Only then were the parts powder coated with the appropriate color. Unfortunately the windshield was broken. That's why I made a new one. The car grill was removed from the rust and then polished. When all the parts were finished, they only had to be assembled.
