Let's make Eggless Nutella Donuts Ingredients: Luke Warm Milk: 1/3 cup Sugar: 3 tbsp Yeast: 2 tbsp All Purpose Flour: 2 cup Milk Powder: 2 tbsp (Optional) Salt: 1/2 tsp Water (as required) Oil: 2 tbsp Recipe: Take luke warm milk in a jar or bowl & add sugar & yeast. Tip: Milk should not hot or cold, just luke warm otherwise yeast will not be activated. Mix well all then cover it & leave it for 10 minutes. Check after 10 minutes, yeast has been activated. For yeast activation see the video. Now take 2 cup of all purpose flour in a bowl & add milk powder, salt & milk yeast mixture. Mix all the ingredients well to make a dough. Start adding water accordingly. If your dough becomes sticky, you can add more flour but try to add water carefully. Now add 2 tbsp of oil & start kneading. Knead for 10-15 minutes for a perfect dough. Now grease the bowl & dough with oil. Cover it with some foil & left it for 1-2 hours in warm environment. After 2 hours You will see that dough has been risen perfectly. For dough rising, see the video. Now take the dough & knead again for 10 minutes. Roll out the dough as shown in the video. Make donuts with cookie cutter or with any jar cover. Fry the donuts at low flame until they get golden brown. Coat the donuts with nutella and with some colourful sprinkles.
