This Maharashtrian mango pickle can be made with any variety of raw mangos that are available. My recipe of pickle is made with all easily available ingredients and without artificial preservatives that are used traditionally in Marathi culture. Little spicy and tangier with some added flavor ginger garlic makes this recipe stand out and healthy and at the same time delicious like market packed.
