In this tutorial series, we will talk about Blackmagic Fusion Studio and Blackmagic DaVinci Resolve (Fusion page) as a professional VFX Compositing package. We will dive into basic workflows and techniques to make your daily compositing work more effective and fun. In this tutorial, you will learn the different modes and tools inside of the Fusion Polygon Mask and BSpline Mask Node. We will talk about drawing and modifying Masks, how to convert control vertices between linear and smooth, using the shape box and even transformation keyboard shortcuts for rotoscoping and how to move the pivot of a Mask. Also you learn the advanced technique of using an inner and an outer Mask line with soft falloff for motion blur in the double line masks.
