CNC Router Upgrade: Replacing Plastic with Aluminum

In this video, I share my experience of upgrading my CNC router using custom aluminum parts that I designed and machined myself. Despite having very little time to actually build this machine and edit and upload this video, I managed to finish. One of my primary goals was to reuse as many parts as possible from my previous 3D printed CNC router and purchase the least amount of new components to keep costs down. With this in mind, I carefully designed and machined each part to fit seamlessly into the existing structure. The end result was a substantial upgrade that greatly improved the functionality and capabilities of my CNC router.
