The Gippsland Lakes situated in Victoria's eastern coast ,is a wonderful place,where we used to holiday when I was young. Lakes Entrance is literally that,where the man made Entrance joins the Lakes. I stayed here for 2 weeks, visiting Metung,Paynesville, Lake Tyers and more. Only a couple of modern buildings meet you at the start of town but the rest is nearly how it was all those years ago. The RV Park at the sports oval gives you a great views of the back lake with lots of wildlife at your back door, A great holiday location, and fishing everywhere you look,visit here if your in the area.
