How to Make a Titanium Framelock Folder - Part 4

This is Part four in my series on making a titanium framelock flipper folding knife. In this part we continue work on the titanium frames. We relieve the lock side frame to allow for bending and proper spring tension. We make the pocket clips, drill and tap the frame for the pocket clip then cut and release the lock bar. Then we soften the insides of the frames to remove sharp edges. We also install the detent ball and harden the lock bar face.
