#instantpotdaalrice #daalandrice #dalrice #bisebelibath Ingredients: Cumin Seeds, one teaspoon Mustard Seeds, one teaspoon Chana dal seeds, one teaspoon Urad dal seeds, one teaspoon Oil, 2 Tbsp A pinch of turmeric A sprig of curry leaves Green chilies, 3 slit Kashmiri Red chili powder, 1 tbsp Onion, half Tomatoes, 2 small, chopped Salt, as per taste White rice, 2 cups, washed and soaked in water for 30 mins Moong daal, 1 cup, washed and soaked in water for 30 mins Steps: 1.Drain all the water from the rice and daal and add it to your inner liner. 2.Add Turmeric, onions, tomatoes, green chilies, red chili powder. 3.For mushy rice, add 10 cups of water. 4.Pressurecook for 10 mins and NPR for 10 mins. Open after safety valve is down. Check for mushiness, add one more cup of water. 5.Add salt and Switch to Sauté mode and let simmer. 6.Make tempering/tadka by heating oil in a small pan.Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, chana dal and urad dal. Add turmeric and then curry leaves. Add tempering on top of your dish. 6.Simmer for another 10 mins. Check for taste.
