Don’t forget to Like & Subscribe! 👍▶️ This is an Indesit WN1196WG Ecosense Omega 1100 washing machine, dating from the early 90s. Top of the range at the time, this was based on the internals of the Ariston Margherita. It features the Eco Sense system which measures the water needed for the load - interestingly this is an option that needs to be selected as by default it will wash and rinse with high levels. The belt needs tensioning (you can hear it more with the load of towels, it wasn’t that apparent with the lighter loads I’ve washed before) but otherwise it works beautifully. Here the Indesit is washing a load of towels on programme 3 - Fast Coloured, without Ecosense selected. This will do a 60° wash, 4 rinses with spins after rinse 2 and 3, and a final long spin at 1100.
